Thank you for shopping at Print it Create it! We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy creating fun craft projects.

Digital Products – All Sales Are Final

All products sold at Print it Create it are digital downloads, including printable craft projects, coloring pages, templates, and activity sheets. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products are available for immediate download after purchase, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

Download Issues

If you experience difficulty downloading, opening, or printing your purchased files, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you in accessing your purchase.

Incorrect or Damaged Files

If you receive an incorrect file or a file that is damaged or does not work properly, please contact us. We will gladly provide a corrected or replacement file at no additional charge.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may offer a refund when appropriate.

Refund Requests

Refunds are generally not provided for:

Accidental purchases or changes of mind after downloading.
Purchasing the same digital product more than once.
Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
Printer, software, or device compatibility issues unrelated to a defect in the purchased file.
